Summary: Pictures are deceiving. The place is falling apart. Furniture is very uncomfortable. The carpet was disgusting as it not cleaned in years. Walking with white socks revealed all the grime and mildew seeped into the fibers. Gnats were flying around seemingly coming from garbage disposal.

Summary: Only there 2 nights. Originally reserved one room to sleep 3 comfortably but due to A/C problems was switched to two rooms…on opposite ends of the complex. The entrance to our room was rusty and a roach that scattered to under couch, where there was an uncovered hole to electrical? The next night we got home at midnight to find water trickling down the ceiling and bathroom door and flooding bathroom. We again had to move to a new room. The place is falling apart. Only redeeming is close to airport but would recommend staying at ones even closer for a bit more money. Not only will I never stay there again but not at any hotel in that chain.

Summary: I was forced to book this hotel because nothing else was available after a late cancellation out of Providence. Because it was close to the airport.I assumed they had shuttle, but I couldn't find any information about it so I tried to call the hotel...4 times, no answer. Checked in to a second story (no elevators) "suite". Yes, it had extra space, but it looks like a bunch of college kids party there. Carpets were a mess, bathroom is very dated and it hadnt worn well. It was NOT worth $250. I wouldnt pay over $100 for it. Sonesta should be ashamed.
